Welcome to the DASP 2026 Conference and Workshop!

Sunday, March 1st–Friday, March 6th, 2026

Fredericton, New Brunswick,

The Physics Department at the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, New Brunswick, will host the 2026 workshop of the Division of Atmospheric and Space Physics (DASP) of the Canadian Association of Physicists. This annual meeting will bring together students and researchers from across the Canadian solar-terrestrial physics community and beyond, offering an engaging overview of current developments in this dynamic field.

A dedicated student workshop will take place on March 1st, providing practical training and foundational skills to support the next generation of space physics researchers.

This meeting aims to provide an open forum for scientific discussion and collaboration across the full atmospheric and space physics community. Contributions about observations, data analysis, modelling, and theories related to any part of atmospheric, ionospheric, and magnetospheric research are encouraged. As with previous DASP meetings, the environment will be informal and supportive, encouraging scientific exchange, new ideas, and collaborative opportunities.

We look forward to welcoming you to Fredericton, New Brunswick!
